Social housing project for young and poor with a kindergarten and school in Kyrgyzstan

The initiation of this project clearly demonstrates that social policy, the social orientation of the programs adopted remains one of the priorities of the government, despite the difficult economic situation in the country. Along with serious economic reforms, special attention is paid to the welfare of our citizens. The concept of "welfare" implies not only high wages or car ownership, but first and foremost the presence of own housing. Young families with average incomes, the poor, dreaming of a roof over their heads, can not always buy a home. This housing program is of both social and economic importance. First, the project implementation will give a powerful impetus to the development of the production of building materials. Over the past 10 years, a number of private enterprises in this sector have been built in Kyrgyzstan, and calculations show that when building affordable housing, it will be possible to use 40-50% local construction materials.

In addition, private construction companies with their investments and personnel will be involved in the project. Therefore, new partnerships are currently being prepared to attract long-term private investment, while maintaining the availability of newly built housing. Initially, we plan to take 75 high-rise buildings. In addition, a school for 1,500 places and a kindergarten for 500 places will be built on the territory of the construction campus. Under some buildings will be non-residential premises for social and business facilities. When designing the complex, architects will pay special attention to the environmental improvement of the area. provide natural ventilation of almost all apartments. - As for the size of housing, the area of ​​one-bedroom apartments will be 35-40 sq.m., two-room apartments - 50-58 sq.m.
